With some stuff, refurb doesn't matter. A refurbished stereo still works. A refurbished TV? Who cares? But we completely understand why someone would be scared to use a refurbished bidet. Like, COMPLETELY. So we want to stress: the condition of this bidet right here is OPEN BOX. That's very different from refurb.
An open box bidet means you won't have a bidet that's, well, all nice and fresh in a box like you'd get off the shelf. It may be a little, you know, imperfect. There might be some torn cardboard inside the shipping box, or maybe all the packing material won't be there or something. You know. Minor stuff.
What you're NOT getting is someone else's bidet. That one we're super sure about. These bidets are OPEN BOX, not second-hand. Because we understand. Really, we do. It's fun to save money but... there's a line, right? There's a line.
