Alison: The Jumbo Junkie Universal Jumbo Remote Control? What’s wrong? You still having trouble reading the buttons?

Dad: No, no, that’s fine. The problem is -

Dad: Alison, I was an electrical engineer for 34 years. I think I can figure out how my own home entertainment system works. Actually, what happened was -

Alison: Did you lose one of them? You lost the one I got you for the basement TV room, didn’t you? Did you look behind the humidifier?

Dad: I tried to pick the remote up and I threw my back out. Can you get over here right away?
