Japanese Hojicha Green Tea

The pleasant roasted flavor of Hojicha comes from gentle pan-roasting of the tea leaves, imbuing a light, smoky, yet subtly sweet complexion.

The roasting process to produce Hojicha Tea results in reduced caffeine content and a total smoothness unlike that of other Japanese green teas. With very little bitterness, hojicha is often enjoyed before and after meals – even after dinner.

Freshly harvested from Uji, the prestigious center of tea-growing in Japan, our Hojicha is 100% Farm-direct. Renowned for earthen aroma, smooth-to-sip composition, and health promoting properties.

HOW TO BREW:
Each tea bag contains 3g of tea, and is intended to make an 8oz (~250ml) serving of green tea. To prepare the Hojicha Tea, steep one (1) tea-bag for 1-3min at 190-212F. Also, consider the deliciousness of an overnight cold-brew!

Japanese Matcha Genmaicha Tea

Genmaicha literally translates to mean ‘brown rice tea,’ and is remarkably crisp and earthy. By choosing farm-direct, our Matcha Genmaicha is deeper in color, golden-emerald in color, and packed with concentrated nutrients to bring health to an even kilter.

HOW TO BREW:
Each tea bag contains 3g of tea, and is intended to make an 8oz (~250ml) serving of green tea. To prepare the Matcha Genmaicha, steep one (1) tea-bag for ~15-30sec at a temperature range of 158-194F. Also consider the deliciousness of an overnight cold-brew!

Japanese Sencha Green Tea

One of the most commonly enjoyed teas in all of Japan, our Farm-direct Sencha Tea-bags are made exclusively from first-flush tea leaves.

Our tea farm in Uji, Japan hand-selects each leaf; they are quickly steamed, rolled, and then dried to produce this super nutritious Sencha! In fact, sencha is notable for vitamin C, high antioxidant catechin content, and overall wellness promoting properties.

Flavor is bright, just as is its rich, golden-green color. Sourced directly from the renowned tea-growing area of Uji, and produced from heirloom tea cultivars only once a year.

HOW TO BREW:
Each tea bag contains 3g of tea, and is intended to make an 8oz (~250ml) serving of green tea. To prepare Sencha tea bags, steep for ~60sec at a temperature range of 158-176F, OR try an overnight cold-brew!
