You never open the back of your camera and expose the roll you forgot was already inside. You never have to wait (an hour!) for some creepy teenager to process your photos, making his own copy of the shot you got of your girlfriend and her sisters at the beach.

No, snapping shots is comparatively convenient these days. But there’s a downside: digital cameras are everywhere now. Nightclubs, airplanes, day care centers, St. Patrick’s Cathedral—there’s no remaining sanctuary from any yahoo who gets an urge to go all paparazzo on his fellow citizen.
