It’s time to leave the city behind for awhile.

Now we’re going to be gone for three days so you don’t need to pack a whole lot of clothes. I’ve got most of the food packed in my ruck, so really you can focus on toiletries and water. Take only what you need. What are you doing? We don’t have the space for all that music! Take the Sandisk Sansa Clip 1 GB mp3 player. Well it’ll just have to do.

I don’t care if you’ve got a 16 GB mp3 player. We don’t need all that; this one works just as well and 1 GB is still plenty of music, you know. This one’s got a screen and the same little round control pad, too! And look, look, there’s an AM/FM radio built right in. See? Don’t worry about it! Besides once we get hiking you’ll hardly notice. This is going to be an adventure, just you wait and see! Well who wants to watch music videos when you’re roughing it, anyway? Come on, where’s your can-do attitude?

Don’t forget the custom headphones I bought, though. The ones that come with the mp3 player are pretty rough. What? We’re roughing it; we’re not savages!
