So stop freaking asking already.

I’m making some changes in my life, y’know. And one of those changes involves people not cowering in fear when I go to the beach. So this will be the last swimsuit season I hide in shame. I’m serious this time! No Atkins, no South Beach, no gimmicks. Just plain eating right and moving more.

It’s all basic math when you get down to it: burn up more calories than you take in. It’s really that easy. There’s no secret, no magic pill, no perfect system that’ll “make the pounds fall off” while you eat whatever you want.

Eating whatever I want is what got me to this point.

And yeah, so my VisionQuest Black 7” Tri-Section Digital Photo Frame is full of food porn. So what? I’m a human being; I’m allowed to miss my old habits even if I recognize they’re terrible for me. Believe it or not staring at that burger makes this celery a lot easier to choke down.

Why at the rate I’m going the weight should be falling off any day now. Let’s see, how long have I been at it…
