Okay, honey! You can open your eyes now! Tada!!! Just what you asked for! Your very own bar right here in the living room! It’s got beer, wine, and liquor! Heck I even hired a full-time bartender, Dutchie, and recruited some sad-faced regulars to drink here all hours of the day! Wait, what? You mean you wanted a Vizio High Definition Sound Bar? Not a bar as in a place where people hang out and consume copious amounts of alcohol? Well, oops! But don’t panic, honey! It’s not that bad! They’re almost the exact same things, right?
Think about it. The Vizio Sound Bar is great for an enveloping soundscape to accompany your favorite movies and shows. But why bother with movies and shows when you can be enveloped by the drama of everyday life? Like Marcus here. It’s nearly two o’clock in the afternoon, which means Marcus is nearing the time of day where he openly weeps over his son – who, from what I’ve gathered, didn’t die, but he might as well have after deciding to pursue a career in dance rather than take over his father’s exterminator business. You can’t get that at the movies!
And while the Vizio Sound Bar might have a High-Performance 32-Bit 150MHz DSP Audio Engine, I wouldn’t put my money on it out-shouting Janet when she’s put back a few gin & tonics. All you need to do is say something about politics and then let her tirade take you away. Sure, you’d think that the Vizio Sound Bar would produce clearer sound than Janet, but you’d be surprised. If you listen carefully, you can sometimes make out one in every six words that she spouts about her foolproof way to “kick-jet that poop-shark of an economy into vitalized zone.” (Or, I think that’s what she’s saying.)
Oh, and the Sound Bar can eliminate undesirable loud commercials, huh? Well, I’ve taken it up a notch with this bar that I’ve built. I’ve eliminated every single commercial, regardless of its volume! Or I guess I didn’t eliminate them. That was more of Dutchie and Ned’s doing. You see, Ned didn’t want to pay for his drinks, so Dutchie hit him over the head with the TV, and presto, no commercials! Or shows! Or anything on the TV at all, actually, until we get it fixed… but hey, who needs TV when we’ve got this bar, right honey? Honey? Why are you crying?
