Was not packed well and one of the bottles was leaking!

The product is not the problem, I buy it for my mom and she likes it but this time the box was damaged and wet inside because the who ever packed it did not add any paper or bubble wrap so the product was leaking and wetting from the inside. Maybe if it had been better packed the box wouldn’t have been squished down and could have avoided the leak.
