We partner with small family farmers in Northern California who raise pigs the right way – free to roam, socialize, play, and eat to their hearts’ content. Blending the Duroc breed with Heritage breeds, such as Berkshire, Red Wattle, and English Old Spot, our unique pork flavor profile is most certainly the key ingredient to this delicious treat.

A hard slicing salami, the rich earthy flavor of prized porcini mushrooms pair perfectly with red wine and a tough of garlic.

Ingredients: Pork, Sea Salt, Porcini Mushrooms, Garlic, Red Wine, Herbs and Spices, Sugar, Dextrose, Lactic Acid Starter Culture, Sodium Nitrite, and Sodium Nitrate.

Swiss Heritage

A hard slicing salami, this proprietary recipe was handed down through generations of Marin Sun Farms’ owner’s family in Switzerland. Savory and herbaceous with undertones of white wine and clove.

Ingredients: Pork, Sea Salt, White Wine, Garlic, Spices, Sugar, Dextrose, Lactic Acid Starter Culture, Sodium Nitrite, and Sodium Nitrate.

'Nduja

A soft, spreadable salumi, our pork is the perfectly blended with bold, spicy paprika and brightened by a hint of lemon in this soft, spreadable salumi.

Ingredients: Pork, Herbs & Spices, Red Wine, Sea Salt, contains 2% or less of Pickled Peppers (Peppers, Non-GMO Expeller Pressed Canola Oil, Extra Virgin Olive Oil, Vinegar, Salt, Garlic, Spices, Lemon Juice, may contain Calcium Chloride), Paprika, Garlic, Sugar, Salt, Dextrose, Lactic Acid Starter Culture, Sodium Nitrite, and Sodium Nitrate.
