NOTE: This TV is BIG. The box is 66”X 20.5” X 43.75” and weighs 235lbs. In order to pick this up at Woot HQ you will need a truck, at least one strong friend and several tie-downs or some rope to secure the TV in your truck.

When you enter your order, put WOOT’s address in the ship to as confirmation you know this thing is not going anywhere without you.You, the paying Woot member, must come to Woot's front lobby where you will be assigned a numbered pick-up ticket. You will need the credit card you used, a valid state issued ID/Drivers License and a printed copy of either your email order confirmation or Your Account page order detail. Pickup dates and times are Tuesday August 26, Wednesday August 27, Thursday August 28, and Saturday August 30 from 11:00 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. only. It’s best to expect considerable wait, especially on tomorrow and Saturday pickup days. If there are logistics updates to this process, we will email the address on your account. Olevia Pixel Policy: A LCD TV will be considered dead on arrival (D.O.A.) with regard to defective pixels on the LCD panel when any one of the following criteria is met:

A total of 7 defective pixels including both bright dots and dark dots are present or
2 or more pairs of adjacent bright dots are present, or
3 adjacent bright dots are present, or
3 adjacent dark dots are present.
